Q. What are check-in and check-out time?: A. Check-in time 02:00pm　/　Check-out time 11:00am
Q. Is shuttle service from station available?: A. Shuttle service from JR Takatsuki Station is available.
( Reservation required)
Q. How far from Kyoto?: A. 105 minutes by car or 70 minutes by train.
Q. When we arrive before check-in time, can we check-in our baggage?: A. Your baggage can be stored in our cloak. (Except valuables)
Q. What is the effect of Onoe Hot Spring?: A. Onoe Hot Spring helps relieve Poor circulation, Neuralgia, Rheumatism, women's illnesses.

Q. The bathing possible hour?

A. Public bath: "Kaika no Yu" and "Raifuku no Yu" are open 6:00-9:30 and 11:00-24:00. Bath in your guest room is available 24 hours. As Onoe Hot Spring is low temperature hot spring, please heat the bath for 30 to 60 minutes before you take a bath.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. We accept major credit cards except JCB, VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, Discover, UnionPay for the payment of Basic Accommodation Charges.

Q. Where do we have dinner/breakfast?

A. Dinner is served in the Dining Room or brought to Your Guest Room by the room attendant. Breakfast is the same situation. That situation will be decided depending on your Plan.

Q. How can I upgrade my dinner?

A. With additional 5,940yen and up, you can upgrade your dinner.

Q. If I inform you of my food preference at the time of reservation, would you suggest substitute dish?

A. We'll try our best to suit your request. But please understand there may be some cases that we are unable to accept your request.

Q. What are amenities?

A. Guest room: Yukata bathrobe, bath towel, face towel, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, razor, shower cap. Men's/Women's bathroom: Shampoo, body soap, soap, hair dryer.

Q. Front gate of Japanese Inn is open 24 hours just like any hotels?

A. Front gate of Beniayu is closed after 12:00 am.

Q. Is the Internet available?

A. You can access the Internet in your room. ( Free Wi-Fi )
